Feral Friends Community Cat Alliance in Dallas, Texas decorated a Tree of Hope full of Animal Angels for the holiday season.  Each angel tag reflected a fostered cat, and even some dogs, that were in the Feral Friends adoption program.  The tags expressed the cats’ and kittens’ wishes for holiday cheer such as new beds, cat toys, cat treats and grooming supplies, as well as their needs for food, litter and veterinary care. 

The Tree of Hope was displayed on Feral Friends’ adoption days and the public was able to choose a cat or kitten and fulfill their holiday wishes.  The program brought in over $1500 between the Richardson and Rowlett PetSmart locations as well as online donations through www.feralfriends.org.  Feral Friends would like to thank all of the generous people who made donations and will speak on behalf of the cats in their program by giving a paws up to everyone who made their holidays special.
