Zipper is a two year male old shih tzu who was abandoned in a local neighborhood.  His fur was matted and he was covered with fleas.  Zipper was also heartworm positive. Well, Zipper is well now and ready for a new home.

He has been treated for the heartworms, has been groomed and completely flea free!  He has been living in a home with two other shih Tzu's  and small children.  He is house trained and crate trained.  The very special thing about Zipper is he has one blue eye which makes him very unique. 

 

Zipper has some fears of abandonment and will do best in a home where his new owner is home more than not.  He will not be happy being left alone for long periods of time. Our dream home for Zipper is a family with children who want to play and hang out with Zipper so he knows he is loved and will never be left alone again.
