Phoebe is a sweet and affectionate cat who loves attention --- she likes nothing more than to sit on her person's lap  and purr and be petted!  She like to sleep on both hard surfaces and soft -- on a desk, on the bed at night, or on her person.  Phoebe especially likes little girls, and she's fine with adults and older boys.  Young boys and dogs with lots of energy seem to upset her and keep her on her guard.  She can be a bit skittish, so will do best as an only cat in a quiet home.
