BlackJack  is a good natured cat; he loves to be around people and sit in their laps. He is very affectionate and gentle natured.   He was found abandoned in an apartment complex, hanging around with other stray cats, allowing the resident children to pick him up and pet him. 

Blackjack would be an excellent pet for someone who wants a cat to hang out with them.  He follows his foster everywhere, like a dog.  He loves to play on stairs, eats wet and dry food, and is very fastidious.  He is wary of sudden movement -- probably due to his life on the street.
